Monday, October 26, 2015

Happy Monday again!:)
Over the weekend I was invited to go give some makeup tips at Marinello's. It was such an amazing experience to meet lovely new girls and interact with them. I got to do a few makeup looks on some of the students as well. I hope you enjoy these makeup looks and can learn something from this post!:)

-LOOK #1: SOFT GLOW-
Products Used:

EYES
- "Prolongwear" concealer by MAC as a primer on the eyes.
- "Fresh" matte eyeshadow by Anastasia Beverly Hills to set the primer.

-"Sienna" matte eyeshadow as a transition shade. Start off with a small amount of product and reapply to darken the area.

-"White" & "Beige" eyeshadows mixed from the Morphe Bruses 35B Palette on the brow bone.

-"Half Baked" eyeshadow by Urban Decay to add a gold shimmery look to the lids. Wet the Brush with "MAC Fix+" to intensify the shade.

- "Chrome" Mineral Eyeshadow by My Beauty Addiction in the inner corner of the eyes for a highlight. Use code "NATI15" for 15% off their site here

-"205" Double Up lashes by Ardell
-"Blackest Black" Gel liner by L'Oreal to create and fill in the wing
-"Black" liquid liner by NYC to darken the eyeliner and sharpen the wing.

EYEBROWS
-"Brow Whiz" by Anastasia Beverly Hills to shape the brows and fill in the hairs
-"Brow Defining Gel" by Chella to set the brows.

FACE
- "Creamy Beige" pro concealer by LA Girl to hide any darkness under the eyes and other imperfections around the face. Use code "NATI15" for 15% off concealer here

- Universal Companies foundation provided by Marinello's.

- "Light Neutral" naked skin concealer by Urban Decay to highlight and brighten under the eyes, chin, middle of forehead, bridge of the nose, and cupids bow.

- "Beautiful Bronze" pro concealer by LA Girl as a contour shade on the hollows of the cheeks, sides of the nose, under the lip, and perimeter of the face. Use code "NATI15" for 15% off concealer here

- "Highlight and Contour" palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills to set the cream Highlight and Contoured areas. I used "Banana" for the highlight, and a mixture of "Java, Fawn, and Havana" to set the contoured areas.

"Pink Quartz" shimmer brick by Bobbi Brown to add an illuminating highlight above the cheek bone area, tip and bridge of the nose, and cupids bow.

"Orgasm" blush by NARS on the apples of the cheeks. This shade is very universal and looks great on almost everyone!

LIPS
-"Nude" Color Statement lip liner by Millani to line and shape the lips. Be sure to fill in the lips a bit with the lip liner.
-"Lovely" liquid lipstick by Anastasia Beverly Hills.

  1. That skull really looks great. But I´d never choose a makeup for Halloween I wouldn't be able to eat or drink with. Priorities, you know?

    1. Thank you Anne:) lol It's true it won't be as comfortable when you have so much makeup around the mouth! I just carefully eat the food in little pieces and use a straw for liquids:) haha but I must have my yummy food no matter what!
