By far this is one of my favorite makeup looks. It's so pretty and wearable. This universal-glowy makeup will look great on anyone. It's definitely something I would do on brides and for special occasions. Not only does this makeup look incredible in photographs, but it will make your skin look natural and healthy. I can't get enough of it! <3 <3

-Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer "Oil-Free" Pore Minimizing primer
-"NW30" Prolongwear concealer by MAC to hide the dark circles
-"Almond" Foundation Stick by Bobbi Brown and Elf Flawless Finish Foundation in "Buff". I Mixed Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick and Elf foundation to create the model's perfect bronzed shade.

-"Custard" concealer by Nars to highlight under the eyes, chin, middle of forehead, and bridge of the nose.
-"Almond" Foundation Stick by Bobbi Brown to contour the cheeks, jaw line, forehead, and sides of the nose.

-"Rice Protein Complex" shine control powder by Neutrogena to set the highlighted areas
-"Chocolate Soleil" by Too Faced to set the contoured areas

-"Orgasm" blush by Nars on the apples of the cheeks
-"So Hollywood" illuminator by Anastasia Beverly Hills to add a pop of glow on the cheekbones, tip of the nose, inner corner of the eyes, and cupids bow! This is my favorite part on this look!:)

 "Cocoa Bear" matte eyeshadow by Makeup Geek to add depth to the crease, and "Cream Puff"matte eyeshadow by Morphe on the brow bone.
-"Half Baked" shimmer eyeshadow by Urban Decay on the lower lid for a stunning gold look. (Wet the brush with MAC Fix + and dip the brush on the eyeshadow again to intensify the gold look).
-"Blackest Black (#171)" Gel liner by L'oreal to create a wing and line the lower waterline. 
-"Black (#887)" liquid liner by NYC to darken the wing and creating a refined tip on the wing
-"Black" mascara "Lash Accelerator" by Rimmel on the lower lashes

LASHES
-"Demi Whispies" by Ardelle, 2 pairs stacked. Use same mascara on the upper lashes to connect the falsies to the natural lashes.

LIPS
-"Natural" Retractable Lip liner by Milani to outline the lips, add shape, and color. (Be sure to fill in the lips a bit to blend with the outlined portion).
-"Lovely" liquid lipstick by Anastasia Beverly Hills over the lips to create a long lasting pinky-nude lip.

FALL PURPLE MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Are you guys ready for Fall?!:) I'm so ready for the cooler weather and for the fun Holidays coming up. Fall makeup is so fun to do as it has deep colors like this purple makeup look. I adore using purple shades on my eyes because it makes my green eyes stand out. Purple has always been a complimentary color for me. So if you have green eyes, try purple! You will love it!

Here's what I used to achieve this dark purple makeup look:

FACE:

-"L'Oreal Infalliable Pro Matte 12 Hour Foundation - Sun Beige" foundation to even out the skin

-"Darling" blush by Tarte on my cheeks

-"Give Me Sun" by MAC to countour the cheeks, nose, and forehead

- "Dark Brown" Brow Wiz by Anastasia Beverly Hills to color in hairs on the brows

- Bodyography Brow Trio to fill in and shape the brows

- "Brunette" Brow Gel by Anastasia to set the brows. This product will make your brows stay put all day long! The Brunette shade also helps to lighten the color of the brows.

- "Custard" NARS Radiant Creamy concealer to clean the outside of the brows

EYES:

-"Cocoa Bear" by Makeup Geek on the crease to add depth 

-"Sangria" by Anastasia Beverly Hills on the outer parts of the lid to add color (use MAC Fix+ to wet the brush to intensify the color). Add the same shade to the lower lash area.

MAKEUP TUTORIAL: TURQUOISE

I've finally come around to posting a Turquoise makeup tutorial on my blog. Since I don't usually wear many colorful looks I challenged myself to go out of my comfort zone and play with some colors. I adore the way it turned out! Here's what I used:

FACE:

-"L'Oreal Infalliable Pro Matte 12 Hour Foundation - Sun Beige" foundation to even out the skin

-"Tawny" blush by Bobbi Brown on my cheeks

-"Give Me Sun" by MAC to countour the cheeks, nose, and forehead

EYES:

-"Bengal" and "Chocolate" by Anastasia Beverly Hills on the crease to add depth 

-"Venezia" by Anastasia Beverly Hills on the lid to add color (use MAC Fix+ to wet the brush to intensify the color)
- "Kitten" by Stila over the color in the middle of the lid to add dimension

-"Vanilla Bean" by Makeup Geek for the brow-bone

INTO FALL MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Happy Thursday all you beautiful! I can't believe I'm saying this, but.... Fall is almost here?! This is one of my favorite times of the year because it's the beginning of some of my favorite Holidays. Not just that, but it's also time to start trying out fun new makeup ideas and colors. Here is a look I created inspired by the autumn leaves.

MAKEUP ITEMS:

EYESHADOW BASE: MAC Paint pot in "Soft Ochre", using a base before eyeshadow application will allow the makeup to last longer and help prevent creasing.

EYESHADOW: Morphe (#32) yellow eyeshadow for the crease, Anastasia Beverly Hills "Chocolate" eyeshadow to deepen the outer crease. Use a matte light eyeshadow for the brow bone. Here I am using Anastasia's "Cream" eyeshadow.  Then, I'm taking ColourPop's "Get Lucky" eyeshadow on the lid (wet brush with MAC Fix+ or a little bit of water to intensify the pigmentation), and finally adding Glitterfanatix's "Luxury Gold" glitter to add shine to the look! (gorgeous!)

FAKE LASHES: Ardell Demi Whispies

MASCARA: Tarte "Lights, Camera, Lashes". This is seriously my favorite mascara right now. I have a sample size and have been reaching for the last drop because I love it so much! The brush is tiny and gets each lash while giving it lots of volume. I like using this mascara for both top and bottom lashes.

BROWS: Using Anastasia Beverly Hill's brow wiz, I drew in some hairs to the more sparse areas of the brow. Then, I used Bodyography's Brow Trio to color in the rest of the brows. This trio is amazing because it has a neutral and a warm dark brown shade, and also a neutral light shade. You can combine them to get your perfect look. To set the brows I used Anastasia's tinted brow gel in "Brunette". Your eyebrows will NOT move after this. They will stay in place until you wash it off:)
