FALL SHOES ALL DAY EVERY DAY

Monday, November 30, 2015

Hi Beauties! So I have been wearing the comfiest heels this fall. I was at Nordstrom Rack with my momma a few weeks ago and of course since they were having a sale we couldn't just ignore it and walk away, oh no, we went right up to it and walked out the store with a couple of bags. I found the cutest black heels from Circus by Sam Edelman. These are incredibly comfortable and since they're black they go with so many outfits. The heel is nice and thick which gives me a lot of support and they're not too high so I can wear them for many hours without a problem. What shoes have you been loving this fall?!:)

BACK TO DARK: NEW HAIR

Monday, November 23, 2015

Happy Monday again my beautiful friends! After 2 and a half years of having red hair, I decided to go back to my dark hair. It honestly has been so long! My natural hair color is lighter than this, but I really wanted to try out that gorgeous Kylie Jenner black hair lol. I wanted to show you guys a few pictures of my new hair. Soon I'll be posting about what products I used to get this shade. Comment below and let me know what ya think!:)

Here I'm wearing the Bellami Hair Extensions. This is the Bellissima set in Off Black.

NIA COSMETICS LIP CREAMS

Thursday, November 19, 2015

Good morning and happy Thursday!:) I recently received the Nia Cosmetics Lip creams. It's my very first time trying them out and I already like them so much. My favorite thing is how pigmented and smooth they are on the lips. I wanted to swatch a few of their shades for you:

Emerald- This is a gorgeous green shade. It's definitely not in my comfort zone to wear on a daily basis, but whenever I feel like trying out something bold this will be great!

Marble- I think this shade is so stunning! It's a gold-silver shade, and it looks so good if you pair it on top of another lip color. It helps to add dimension and more shine. I like adding it in the middle of the lips.

Barbie- Of course! This is the typical Barbie pink which is gorgeous! This pink is a blue-undertone pink, so It will help your teeth look whiter:D

Stilleto- This shade sure does remind me of Louboutin! It's the perfect red shade and It will look good all year round.

Horizon- Lastly is this pretty golden-orange shade. I wore this on my last tutorial and It's just so appropriate for fall and Thanksgiving. I'm in love with this rich shade!

I hope these swatches are helpful for you. Let me know if you try out any of the Nia Cosmetics products!

*These shades were sent to me for review. This is 100% my honest opinion.

REVIEW: BEAUTY SPONGE AND BRUSH CLEANSERS

Tuesday, November 10, 2015

Hello again beauties!

I'm happy to be back with another blog post:) I've been waiting for some sunnier days to take some great shots of my makeup but It's still pretty dark out. After the time change with daylight savings It starts to get dark out here around 4:30. So I run home after work to get as many pictures as I can under the sun. Hopefully these images are nice and bright for you to see:)

So after all the Halloween makeup, my brushes and beauty sponges ended up real dirty! Saturday I was out in the morning just shopping and I decided to stop at Ulta and later Sephora. Of course, I can almost never walk out of there empty handed! So I decided to try out the Real Techniques Deep Cleansing Gel and the Beauty Blender Bendercleanser Solid. I must say that I am amazed by the results!

REAL TECHNIQUES DEEP CLEANSING GEL

This product has one of the yummiest fresh smells. It comes as a clear gel and I just mix a drop with some water, and it dissolves the makeup like magic (much faster then shampoo, which is what I normally use). The only thing I would have liked different is that it had some troubles dissolving thick fluids such as thick concealers and face paint. I had to use a few other products to get rid of these fluids on my brushes.

But, if you are wanting to do a quick clean on your powder and eyeshadow brushes, this stuff is amazing and it will make the dirt disappear in a snap!

BLENDERCLEANSER SOLID

I have had a few beauty blenders for almost a year now (I'm not sure if it's a good or bad thing to have them for so long haha), and I have been using shampoo and conditioner to clean them. But, I've noticed that the beauty blenders still have some stains after washing. After hearing great reviews on this product I really wanted to give it a try.

This product feels like a bar of soap and has a lavender essential oil smell to it. It cleaned by beauty blenders like a charm! All of the stains are gone now! Just the normal wear from having them for so long has remained. It is great for cleaning them all over or just to spot clean.

I will definitely be re-purchasing these products again, specially the Beauty Blender cleaner. I hope this review was helpful! If you try out these products let me know how you like them:)
