It's been oh so hot lately and the sun is so bright that I constantly find myself squinting! Although a good skincare regimen will help with anti-aging, squinting can speed up the aging process around the eyes. This is why I always make sure to bring my SUNGLASSES with me at all times. A good pair of sunglasses will not only protect the eyes from the sun, but they will help prevent you from squinting and enforcing lines around the eyes.
Make sure you have some nice shades with you this summer! :D
I love my sunglasses, I rarely go anywhere without them.
