Hello guys!
This is one of those looks that are "unplanned" and I just went with it as I did my makeup. But, I love the way it turned out! <3 This look is not too heavy and has a nice touch of color and glitter. I think it's very festive and perfect for 4th of July. You can add nude lipstick or do a red shade like I did. I hope this tutorial is helpful, and that you can get some ideas! Happy 4th of July everyone!

PRODUCTS USED
Base: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" for the base
Shadows: "White" from Lorac 1 Palette and ColourPop "Amaze" shadow
Liners: NYC Liquid Liner in "Black", NYX Studio Liquid Liner in "Extreme Sapphire", NYX Liquid Crystal Liner in "Gold", NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Electric Blue"
Lashes: Vegas Nay in "Grand Glamour" from Eylure
Lipstick: Mirenesse Lip Bomb in "Siren Red" and Anastasia Beverly Hills lipgloss in "Runway Red"

EYESHADOW
Start off by applying a light amount of NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in the shade "Milk". This will help the shadows adhere. For the crease, apply a gold shadow like ColourPop's "Amaze" shadow. Yes, this is a shimmery shadow going on the crease, but It still looks beee-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! I like it...(although I feel like i'm breaking the rules)...just make sure you blend!

TIP: Gold and Silver shadows will complement the red, white,& blue makeup perfectly. I recommend using any of these shades to make the look more wearable if you're not comfortable with red, white, and blue shadows.

For the lid, apply a white matte shade like "White" from the Lorac 1 Palette. Apply this shade to the brow bone as well.

EYELINER
Use a black liquid liner to create a wing. I'm using NYC liquid liner in the color "Black". It's very affordable and easy to apply! I highly recommend this liner.

Time for bottom liner...this is my favorite part! For the water line you'll want to apply something more sticky than a liquid liner. This is why I chose the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in the color "Electric Blue". It will stay on the water line for a long time and give it a nice blue pigment. Now, use a blue liquid liner to outline the bottom liner and coat the bottom lashes (NYX Studio Liquid Liner in "Extreme Sapphire"). Extend the bottom liner outwards to meet the wing we created on the top liner.

Add a little glitter to the look by using a glitter liquid liner and creating little dots. You can put the dots where you'd like. I put mine on the bottom liner above the blue liner (NYX Liquid Crystal liner in the color "Gold"). Be careful with the NYX liquid liners because they do sting a little when applying. The sensation will last about 20 seconds.

LASHES
I'm such a lashes kind of girl! And I finally got to try the Vegas Nay eyelashes. These are so so pretty and not too heavy to the eyes. The application process is pretty quick as well. You can find these at Target :D I'm wearing them in "Grand Glamour".

LIPS
After you've applied your favorite foundation, highlighter, and bronzer, you are ready for the lips! I'm using a mixture of 2 lipstick/glosses: Mirenesse Lip Bomb in "Siren Red" and ABH lipgloss in "Runway Red". The Mirenesse is oh so pigmented! I did not need to use a lip liner to achieve this look. Then, I topped it off with the ABH gloss to give it more shine and brighten the red. I adore the juicy lips look!

I hope everyone has a beautiful and safe 4th of July!
