I really wanted to do a bronzed makeup look before summer ends! This type of look is one of my favorites because it makes your skin look healthy and like if you're glowing from within.
Products Used:
Primer: SMASHBOX Photo Finish Oil Free Foundation Primer Pore Minimizing primer
Foundation/Concealer: Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in "6.5", MAC Prolongwear Concealer in "NW 30", and Urban Decay Concealer in "Light Warm"
Blush/Bronzer: Nars "Orgasm", Tarte "Park Ave Princess"
Eyeshadow Base: MAC Prolongwear Concealer in "NW 30" (same as concealer)
Eyeshadows: Coastal Scents Revealed 2 Pallette, and Urban Decay "Half Baked" eyeshadow
Eyeliner: MICA Cosmetics Black Gel Eyeliner
Lashes/Mascara: House of Lashes "Iconic" and L'Oreal Voluminous
Lips: MAC Whirl lip liner and NYX Extreme Lip Cream in "Natural"
SKIN: Even out the skin by starting off with primer. SMASHBOX makes a very nice primer that will hold the foundation for hours and will help reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines. Add concealer to hide all imperfections. I will be adding this to any redness around my nose and under my eyes to hide the dark circles. Evenly add foundation over the entire face to even out the skin tone for a flawless effect. To add dimension back to the face, add a highlighting concealer and apply bronzer for contouring. I am using Urban Decay's concealer in the shade "Light Warm"... YES this is very light for my skin tone! But I blend it in very well with the previous concealer and bronzer to create a beautiful dimension. Finish the face by sculpting out the cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, and adding a pink shimmery blush such as NARS "Orgasm".
EYELINER: Use a creamy black eyeliner to create a winged eyeliner. You can smoke-out the liner a bit like I did here. I am using MICA BEAUTY's Gel Eyeliner in "Black".
LASHES/MASCARA: Pop on some lashes to complete the eyes. I am using the House of Lashes in "Iconic" and blending them with my natural lashes with some mascara. Use any mascara that you love. I am using L'Oreal's Voluminous mascara in "Carbon Black".
LIPS: To finish off this bronzed makeup look I added a nude shiny lip color. Line your lips with a lip liner. I am using MAC'S "Whirl" lip liner which is a dark nude shade. Fill in all of your lips with this liner. Add gloss to lighten the color with NYX's Extreme Lip Cream in the shade "Natural".
