MAKEUP TUTORIAL: MATTE BLUE

I finally got around to creating a more bold look. I think this might be my first blue-eyeshadow look! And I have to say that I am in love with how it turned out! The shades are matte and very vibrant! This is such a fun look to create for a night out if you're going dancing or if you have a big event and want that extra boldness.
